Hi, I'm Libby and I support high-functioning women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and disconnected from themselves.

 

On the outside, they’re holding it all together. On the inside, they’re exhausted, stuck in cycles of stress and people-pleasing, and quietly wondering if this is all life has to offer.

Through the PEACE Program, I guide them to connect with their inner world, helping them release years of accumulated stress, reconnect with the peace that resides there, and rediscover their natural resilience, joy, and freedom.
